The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel

The Biltmore Tbilisi Hotel is located on Rustaveli Avenue. The hotel has 214 rooms in various categories, including suites with panoramic views of the city. Guests can use the spa center, swimming pool, fitness gym, and conference spaces. A panoramic bar operates on the upper floors, and restaurants and lounge areas are open inside the building.

The hotel occupies a two-part complex: a historic building and a modern glass tower about 138 meters tall, one of the tallest hotels in the Caucasus. Grand interiors with marble and decorative finishes were preserved inside, while historic halls were adapted for public and business spaces.

The historic section was built in 1938 according to a design by architect Alexey Shchusev. Originally, the Marx-Engels-Lenin Institute was located here, later replaced by government agencies. In the 2010s, the building was reconstructed and converted into a hotel, preserving the facade and part of the interiors.
