1.1 This User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") governs access to and use of the website https://bizzz.media (hereinafter referred to as the “Site”) and related services.
1.2. The Site Operator is IP Starikov D.A.. (TIN 352526372693, OGRNIP 314504812000049; address see above; e-mail: info@bizzz.media).
1.3. Applicable regulation of personal data:
– Federal Law “On Personal Data” (Russian Federation);
– Law of Georgia “On Protection of Personal Data” No. 6156 (14.06.2023);**
– GDPR (EU) – for EEA residents.
1.4. By using the Site, the User accepts the terms of the Agreement, the Privacy Policy and Consent to receive advertising.
2.1. Registration is available to persons over 16 years of age.
2.2. Login methods:
– e-mail + пароль.
3.1. The User has the right to:
– browse guides and articles;
– create “Favorites” collections;
– post reviews, photos and other materials (UGC).
3.2. Prohibited: data scraping, posting illegal content, spam comments, interfering with the operation of maps and API.
4.1. При нажатии «Разрешить определить местоположение» браузер передаёт координаты Яндекс.Картам. Оператор Not сохраняет «сырые» координаты; они используются только в пределах текущего сеанса (см. Политику конфиденциальности).
5.1. By posting UGC, the User guarantees the legality and grants the Operator a non-exclusive license to use the content for the operation of the Site and the promotion of Georgian tourism.
5.2. The operator has the right to remove UGC that violates the legislation of the Russian Federation, Georgia or the terms of the Agreement.
6.1. The Site contains advertising banners and promotional articles from partners in the tourism industry.
6.2. Mailings are sent only with prior consent (see the file “Consent to receive advertising”).
6.3. Payment is accepted through a payment aggregator Prodamus by bank card.
7.1. Processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
7.2. Rights of residents of Georgia (Article 30 of the Law): access, correction, deletion, limitation, portability, objection, automated decisions.

8.1. Для отображения интерактивных карт и сбора обезличённой веб-статистики технические данные Пользователя (IP-адрес, файлы cookie, сведения о браузере/устройстве, действия на карте) автоматически передаются на серверы ООО «Яндекс» (ОГРН 1027700229193), расположенные на территории Российской Федерации.
Передача осуществляется в рамках Лицензионного соглашения сервисов «Яндекс Карты» и «Яндекс Метрика» и основана на законных интересах Пользователя и Оператора (ст. 6 Закона № 152-ФЗ; Art. 6 (1)(f) GDPR).
9.1. The content of the Site is for reference and information purposes only and is provided "as is". The Operator is not responsible for the accuracy of maps, schedules or third-party information.

Продолжение использования Сайта означает согласие Пользователя с изменениями.
11.1 The Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation; however, the mandatory provisions of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data and Consumer Rights shall apply to residents of Georgia.
11.2. Disputes shall be considered in the court at the place of registration of the Operator, unless otherwise provided by mandatory rules.
