This document is an official public offer (offer) of the Individual Entrepreneur DMITRIY STARIKOV / DMITRII STARIKOV (hereinafter referred to as the "Seller") to conclude an agreement on the terms and conditions set out below. In accordance with Article 435 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, this document is an offer. The agreement is concluded by acceptance by the person who responded to the offer (hereinafter referred to as the "Buyer"). The written form of the agreement is considered to be observed by virtue of Article 434 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Customer's placing an order on the website is considered a full and unconditional acceptance of the offer https://bizzz.media/ in the manner established by the Offer. The Offer may be revoked by the Seller at any time prior to its acceptance by the Customer.
The offer is addressed to individuals.

1.3. This offer is freely available on the Site and is valid from the date of publication until its revocation.
2.1. Product — any of the electronic Audio Tours compiled by the Seller offered for sale on the Site.
2.2. An audio tour is a collection of audio files, images and texts containing tour information, provided in digital form.
2.3. Site — a site on the telecommunications network "Internet" https://bizzz.media/, on which the Goods are offered for sale.
2.4. Bot — a Telegram bot through which access to content is provided.
2.5. Buyer (User) – a legally capable individual purchasing an Audio Tour for personal use.
3.1. Under this Agreement, the Seller undertakes, in the manner and under the conditions stipulated by this Agreement, to provide the Buyer, for a fee, with a non-exclusive license to use the Audio Tour for personal purposes from among those compiled by the Seller and offered for sale on the website.
3.2. Each Audio Tour offered for sale is an independent product and an independent object of copyright. By purchasing access to one Audio Tour, the Buyer does not purchase access to other Audio Tours available on the Site; such access must be purchased separately.
3.3. The product is an object of intellectual property created by the creative work of the Seller.
By providing the Buyer with access to the Audio Tour, the Seller does not alienate, does not grant a full license, does not transfer to the Buyer in any other way its intellectual rights in relation to it in whole or in part.
3.4. Access to the Audio Tour is provided through the Bot after payment confirmation.
3.5. The geography of use is not limited.
4.1. The publication of this offer is an offer from the Seller addressed to an indefinite number of persons.
4.2. The order of the Goods is made on the website https://bizzz.media/ by the Buyer filling out the appropriate form.
4.3. The Agreement is considered concluded from the moment payment is received in the Seller’s bank account.
4.4. Placing an order is available to an unlimited number of Site users. As a result of placing an order and purchasing the Product, the Buyer will be registered on the site to gain access https://starbizzz.xl.ru/, to which the Buyer, by placing an order and paying for the Goods, gives his consent.
A personal account will be created for the Buyer on the website specified above, the login and password for access to which will be provided by e-mail specified when placing the order.
4.5. The Buyer is responsible for the content and accuracy of the information provided when placing an order. If the Buyer provides false information, the Seller shall not be liable for any adverse consequences that may arise, including, but not limited to, the inability to provide the Buyer with access to the purchased Goods.
If incorrect contact information is provided and the Seller cannot contact the Buyer within two days from the date of placing the order, the order is considered cancelled.
4.6. If the Buyer mistakenly indicated an incorrect email address when placing an order, the Buyer shall send a corresponding message to the Seller's contact email address. info@bizzz.media for the Seller to send instructions on how to gain access to the Product.
5.1. The current price of each Audio Tour is indicated on the relevant page of the Site and includes all applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.
5.2. The payment for the order is made by the Buyer in full immediately upon its placement, by making a non-cash payment through the Prodamus service and the form contained on the Site, and completes the placement of the order.
5.3. Payments are made in the currency selected by the Buyer from the list offered by the payment service (RUB, GEL, USD, EUR, etc.). Payment system fees are included in the price, unless otherwise expressly stated.
5.4. The Seller is not the owner of the payment system integrated into the Site, and therefore is not responsible for its incorrect functioning, except in cases where the malfunction was caused by incorrect integration of the system with the Site by the Seller.
6.1. The Buyer is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to listen to the Audio Tour and view related materials solely for personal, non-commercial purposes.
6.2. It is prohibited to copy, transfer to third parties, publish on the Internet, reproduce publicly or otherwise distribute the Audio Tour without the written consent of the Seller.
6.3. A one-time payment provides access to only one User.
6.4. In case of violation of clause 6.2 of this Agreement, the Buyer undertakes to pay the Seller a fine in the amount of 1,000,000 (one million) rubles.
7.1 After payment confirmation The Seller, no later than 24 hours after the Buyer places an order and makes payment, sends the Buyer a link to access the Bot and instructions on how to gain access to the Product to the email address specified when placing the order.
7.2. If the Seller duly fulfills the obligation to send information about access to the Bot, and the Buyer does not send the Seller a message about the impossibility of reviewing the Product within 10 (ten) days from the moment the information was sent, access to the Product is considered to have been properly provided regardless of whether the Buyer took advantage of the opportunity to review the Product.
7.3. Access is provided for a period of 1 (one) year from the moment the Buyer receives a link to the Bot and instructions on how to gain access to view the purchased Product.
7.4. After completing the Audio Tour, audio files, images and texts remain in the Buyer's correspondence with the Bot indefinitely. The Seller is not responsible for any possible failures in the operation of the Telegram messenger or restrictions on access to it. In case of technical difficulties, the Buyer has the right to contact the Seller's support service (info@bizzz.media).
8.1. Before the Buyer clicks the “Start Tour” button in the Bot, he/she has the right to cancel the contract within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date of payment and request a refund by sending a written statement to info@bizzz.media.
8.2. When refunding funds, non-refundable fees of payment services and banks in the amount of 20% from the payment amount are withheld.
8.3. After the start of the excursion (pressing the “Start excursion” button in the Bot), the right to withdraw from the contract and return funds is lost.
9.1 Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy located at https://bizzz.media/policy.
9.2. Purposes of processing: conclusion and execution of this agreement; accounting and tax accounting; technical and information support for the Buyer; marketing mailings, subject to consent.

11.1 The Parties shall be liable in accordance with the applicable legislation of Georgia and the Russian Federation.

The Seller does not guarantee that its tastes and opinions regarding the places covered in the Audio Tour will coincide with the tastes and opinions of the Buyer, or that its advice will prevent the Buyer from getting into unpleasant situations during the trip, and is not responsible for the Buyer’s subsequent failure to apply the recommendations contained in the Product, or for the Buyer’s dissatisfaction if the Buyer has applied such recommendations.
11.4. The parties shall be released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations due to force majeure circumstances confirmed by competent authorities for the duration of such circumstances.
12.1. All disputes, disagreements or claims between the Parties arising from or in connection with this Agreement, including those relating to its execution, violation, termination or invalidity, shall be resolved with mandatory compliance with the claim procedure. The claim shall be sent to info@bizzz.media and is reviewed by the Seller within 72 hours.
12.2. A claim sent electronically shall have legal force if the email address specified by the Buyer when placing the order and the Seller’s address specified in this Offer were used to send it.
12.3. If no agreement is reached, the dispute shall be considered in the competent court at the place of registration of the Georgian individual entrepreneur of the Seller (Tbilisi).
