The complex is located on 15 Sherif Khimshiashvili Street. From here, you can step straight out to the sea and enjoy an exclusive beach area with umbrellas and sun loungers. There is an option to rent bicycles or even go horseback riding. In the evening, it is well worth visiting the "Panorama" restaurant on the upper floors: a terrace with panoramic views, a relaxing lounge ambiance, and pleasant music await you there. Check-in at the apartments is typically available from 14:00. The complex is situated just 50 meters from the beach. Nearby are the cable car, dolphinarium, water park, shops, and all urban entertainment of Batumi.
