Fabrika

Fabrika is located in the Chugureti district, about a 10-15 minute drive from the city center and Rustaveli Avenue. The complex occupies a large industrial building with a courtyard around which the main life is centered.

The main part of the space is a large hostel with 98 rooms. There are both double rooms and shared dormitories for 3-12 people, including separate female and male options. Dormitories feature shared bathrooms on the floor. Since the building is a former factory, it boasts high ceilings and spacious rooms inside. Accommodation rates include breakfast and stable Wi-Fi. Prices range approximately from 13 to 50 euros per night depending on room type.

In the inner courtyard and on the ground floors, bars, cafes, and small shops operate, while the walls of the building are covered with graffiti; Fabrika is considered one of the main street art venues in Tbilisi. The space is actively used throughout the day: during the day people work and relax here, and in the evening the courtyard fills with visitors.
